The Fitness Marshall is a cardio dance instructor and choreographer known for his contagious energy and fun dance workouts set to pop songs. Caleb Marshall, the driving force behind The Fitness Marshall, is a longtime dancer and choreographer who started posting videos to YouTube in 2014. Today, he teaches his popular cardio classes live throughout the United States and in videos online.
The Fitness Marshall offers full, 60-minute workouts available to members and makes short video clips available on YouTube. New videos are posted weekly.

Obsessed with TikTok dances? The YouTube fitness channel MadFit has a 15-minute long TikTok Dance Party Workout that includes a mashup of eight popular TikTok songs.

Check out one of several Bollywood-style dance workouts, which is a Hindi-language sector of the Indian filmmaking industry that started in what is now Mumbai, in the 1930s, according to the Encyclopedia Britannica. POPSUGAR Fitness also has belly dancing, Latin-style dance, hip-hop, and pop-style dance workouts. This fitness channel also HIIT, kickboxing, Tabata, and strength training classes, among many more exercise videos.
Do you love belting out Broadway tunes? Joseph Corella, a choreographer, Broadway performer, and dance teacher, has a YouTube channel with several musical-theater style dance workouts set to Broadway songs. Corella’s workouts are set to songs from “Mean Girls,” “Hairspray,” “Waitress,” “Mamma Mia!,” “Anything Goes,” and many more. Channel your inner theater geek and get a great workout in the process!
